Prepare the working drawings/construction drawings for a proposed building at the Long Island Maritime Museum that will house the "Vixen", a soon-to-be restored tonging boat built in 1888.
Vixen's Dimensions:
    Length= 26'-0"
    Beam= 10'-5"
    Hull Height= 3'-10"
    Cabin Height= 4'-9"
Trailer Height= 3'-6"

Requests per the L.I. Maritime Museum:
1. Openable to the outside during spring/summer 
2. Vessel shall sit parallel to the existing asphalt drive
3. Enclosure shall be ADA compliant
4. Gable roof preferred
